PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in an insulated box with LOTS of dry ice to help ensure the product arrives frozen.

SHIPPING

We ship our orders every Tuesday for all orders received before Monday at 11:59pm EST . At this time, we do not ship for delivery on the weekend, nor do we ship over the weekend for a Monday delivery. This includes all shipping services including expedited shipping options.

FedEx is Open Blue's preferred shipping carrier.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
What destinations can Open Blue ship to?
Orders placed on our USA site can be shipped within the continental USA to all states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time.
*International deliveries are not available at this time.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

    • All orders in the state of Florida are shipped via Fedex Ground/Home Delivery service and will deliver within 1 to 2 days, depending on the transit time for your specific location. (Please note this timeline may vary with the final destination, and we are not responsible for shipping times later than this estimate.)
    • All orders for the continental USA will be shipped either priority overnight or 2nd day AM depending on where you live. 
    • Once the shipping label is created for your order, you will be emailed the Fedex tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. Remember, this may happen a few days in advance of shipment.
    • We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or Rural Routes
    • We DO NOT ship for any Saturday, Sunday, or Monday deliveries

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We like to fulfill orders immediately to get to you faster, so unfortunately shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please contact our customer service team at info@openblue.com for any questions.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.
PLEASE NOTE:

Although we give you a scheduled shipping DAY, we cannot guarantee specific delivery TIMES. We strive to deliver your order on time and in perfect frozen condition to the address you designate. Virtually all of our orders arrive on time and in perfect frozen condition and we want yours to be one of them! We do not require a signature upon delivery so if no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier driver will almost always leave the package at your door. However, it is in the sole discretion of the courier driver whether or not to leave a package if no one is available. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
