Terrible--the box arrived badly damaged, the fish were cool to lukewarm, and I had to discard all of it.

Customer service does not answer any emails at all whatsoever. I have emailed like five times they do not answer. It came in completely hot. It wasn’t even cool. It was hot.

Non existent customer support

Great fish, although I only received half of the order I purchased. Customer service is non existent. I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week. Looks like I’ll start buying from somewhere else.

Total Delight

Great. It is convenient to keep it frozen and the day you want it, you just unfreeze it, cook it, and have a delicious / healthy meal, especially if served along some veggies

Economico, seguro y delicioso

Normalmente no como mucho pescado porque no me gusta un olor fuerte o sabor fuerte de pescado. Este pescado compre en la tienda Organico despues de escuchar una presentacion sobre los metodos de criarlos. Tengo una alternativa al salmon atlantico ahora. Este pescado es muy ligero, no tiene mucho olor y es delicado en textura. El sabor se combina perfecto con almendras y hierbas y no contiene toxines ni hormonas. El precio fue $10.99 por dos pedazos que, para mi, es parecido de lo que cuesta el salmon. Lo comi en una parilla y salio riquisimo. Especialmente lo que me gusta es que puedo comerlo frio y sin cocinarlo y todavia es un pescado seguro sin bacterias. Me impresiona, realmente. Se pueden comprar en Pricesmart o en los supermercados Rey y otros locales. Voy a seguir comiendo Cobia porque es un pescado local y criado de forma seguro y con respeto por la naturaleza.
