Great product

Thoroughly enjoy the blue cobia fillets and the portioned sizes are perfect. But their shipping is horrible. The fish are wrapped in a thermal blanket with no ice pack or anything. The box is the flimsiest they can find because every time I get a shipment, the box is destroyed, the wrapping is undone and the fish is partially defrosted. They need to revisit their packaging and shipping process.

Cobia hasproven itself to be an excellent fish with tremendous versatility! Asian with ginger , scallions, water chestnuts, Itallian with pesto or tomato garlic shallots, french dore, lemon cream sauces, BBQ skewers with mushrooms, peppers onions, cherry tomatoes, Spanish/Mexican with salsa or mango purree… i could ho on and on…..Get Creative �

Everyone thinks its yummy.

Very tasty fish. Whenever I serve it people ask what kind of fish it is, and they say it is very tasty. Shipping is very fast and it is a decent price. It is way better than the fish we get in the grocery store out here in Colorado.

Tasty product and good company to work with

We've had cobia at a local restaurant and fell in love with its taste and texture. Sadly the restaurant couldn't get any more from their supplier so I've been on the hunt to find a source of my own. I found Open Blue, I love that they're sustainable, they had great options to choose from, and they sent my order within 48 hours. The fish was still mostly frozen as the box was heavily damaged when it arrived. Portion size of the filet is just right. Once thawed, prep and cook is quick. The taste and texture we've been craving has been satisfied. We will definitely order more when our supply runs out!
