COBIA BURGER RECIPE - Grill From Frozen
Arborio Rice Crusted Cobia Burger, Kimchi Slaw, Butter Pickles, on Brioche Bun - Serves 4
Cobia Burgers
4 x 4oz - Frozen Burger Patties (cook from frozen)
Arborio Rice Flour
2 cups - Arborio Rice
Kimchi Slaw
½ cup Julienne Kimchi
2 cup Shredded Green Cabbage
¼ cup Fine Julienne Red Onion
1 Clove of Garlic on the Microplane
3 tbsp Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Gochujang Paste
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Roasted Garlic-Dijon Aioli
1.5 cups Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
2 Bulbs of Garlic Roasted
2 tbsp Smooth Dijon
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Blend all together until smooth
