Chef Maho Hakoshima

Maho began his culinary adventure in Europe, receiving a rigorous education at a culinary school in the southern region of Germany.

After graduating in 1984, Maho returned to his hometown of New York to spend a summer in the kitchen at Vienna 79, the venerable nouvelle Austrian restaurant awarded four stars by The New York Times.
