    1. In a pan at medium low heat add the Olive oil.
    2. Cook the chopped garlic and brunoise onions until golden brown.
    3. Add the aji panca paste then the Open blue cobia burger and mix it very well.
    4. Seasoned with oregano, cayenne pepper, oregano, cumin, salt and smoked paprika 
    5. Mixed everything together and raise it to high heat.
    6. Add the 2 egg and cook it until medium texture, not to dry and save. 

    To plate 

    1. Toast the brioche with a little of butter
    2. Filled the brioche with the chorizo and egg preparation. 
    3. Sliced the avocado and put it on top.
