Open Blue is proud to announce a major milestone in the construction of the new state-of-the-art hatchery Viento Frio. The hatchery is now operational and rearing its first group of fish after receiving 30,000 Cobia fingerlings into the nursery last month. This large-scale innovative facility will provide nursery and rearing space as well as a place to keep our broodstock and research tanks; with the capability to produce enough fingerlings to support 15,000 metric tons of grown fish.

Frozen Cobia is primarily offered as fully trimmed individually vacuum-packed loins; although other cuts and formats are also available.
