On October 13, Open Blue and South Carolina Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program Good Catch will host the Open Blue Cobia Cookoff in Charleston, South Carolina. Five food bloggers chosen as finalists in Open Blue’s recipe contest will be flown to Charleston to compete to win a four-day trip to Panama. The winner and a guest will enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to visit Open Blue’s open ocean cobia farm, have dinner with innovative founder Brian O’Hanlon and tour beautiful Panama City.
